If you know how I practice the dances I learn and choreograph my dances, you should appreciate of what I’m doing.

All my teaching classes are in morning time &
learning classes in day time.
I have 2 kids, aged 9 & 10, tony spends most of his time in his office, and I’m mostly the only one to take care of my kids. My work starts once I pick up the kids from school after 3:30 p.m., they have after school programes/activities and 3 programes on Saturdays. I can only steal the waiting time at their activities to study the dances I learn and do my choreography, you can imagine how much time I have (oooppps, I spend a lot of time in computer as well).

From choreographing and teaching and sitting in front of the computer, I really have not much time in practicing so I was a bit dumb in the recent ‘advance’ level dances. Then the 'bad mouth fly’ says I’m inadequate in the advance class, I had to watch her and pick up the steps while she was leading at the parties.

PLEASE BE REMINDED you lead in the parties because you are one of the instructors in the group, THAT’S YOUR DUTY, I pick up the steps from any one of the instructors and dance means I’m smart without practicing at home.
i didn't go to the 3/8 party, i'm too tired to seeing her.

200% SURE I LOVE DANCING but I have no time.
I may have to give up a bit in line dancing –
teach ? learn ? choreography ? BUT I LOVE THEM ALL,
it's alright, will take a pause, good that this week is March Break, kids stay home, no school, no activities, no driving,
i'll be a good girl, stay home and take a good rest
SIGH just give me a break ….... i'll be cool .....

GOT SICK

MAMAMIA, very sick - had migraine once i returned to toronto, it lasted for 2 days; then i caught a cold, running red nose, sore throat gets worse; couldn't do anything today, not even take the kids to 'kung fu'. tony is sick too, same symptoms, might be contagious; may be we should consider migrating to mexico, be a mexican ...... lol

i have to get well tomorrow, no matter what, will tape the dance to see the out come. stay tuned.

HOLA, I'M BACK

Hi dear, I’m back from an 8 days vacation in Cancun Mexico.

These few years, we had been to Dominican Republic twice, 1 time in Aruba and 6 or 7 times in Mexico - Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Cancun; wherever, same same, sun sun sun & pool pool pool; a bit of shopping, that's all. I tried to avoid sunshine all the times because of eczema; this time, I wanted to tan a bit so I did,
guess this time is the most tan I got so far.

No computer for almost the whole week; I was cheap, not sure if you would be cheap like me, US $15 for 1 hour and US$39 for 24 hours in one day; hey man, US$39 would be enough for a month internet charges in Canada, you think I’m dump; so I didn't buy the computer card from the hotel. tony used his blackberry and checked his emails via his office server, I tried his but didn’t work on my email accounts.

I choreographed 2 dances in the trip; no luck, once I came back and checked in the computer, one song under WMG, restricted in youTube.
the other one have been doing since Christmas, got no time to put the steps together, I’ve mentioned several time in the blog, which is a bit complicated but fun, lastly, I finished all the steps & connections for the whole dance - ABC Tag, ABC Tag, ACC; then found out it has been done by another 'well known' choreographer.
oh well, who cares, I dance my own dance.
Will tape a bit later when I have time to practice the steps.

Very busy today, got a car wash, grocery shopping, did all the laundries; time flies, whole day gone. Will be busy for classes tomorrow, hopefully, back to normal on Wednesday.

BAD MOUTH FLY never stop X(

my dear reader/viewer, i didn't write about the 'BMF - bad mouth fly' for awhile; please don't think that i'm her only enemy, no, i'm not the only one, she hates people who are doing better than her and happier than her.

don't ever think she stops, no, she didn't, never; if you think i'm mean to write about her, yes, i admit BUT did you ever come across someone like that ? someone told me not to write her in my blog because everyone knows that she's crazy; EXCUE ME do you know what is a blog ? like an open diary, to write what you think, what you feel, you get to choose to show the diary to others or not. your reading is very much appreciated and, it's your choice.

one time in the party when I danced around, her head next close to me all a sudden and yielded at my ear ‘don’t follow this person, beats are TOO FAST’ I was so shocked and teared;

last week during the class, i gave my seat to a senior dance mate, i stepped back and touched the cover of the thermostat, that was really nothing, no hurt but i just said out 'ah', she was walking to my way and laughed out 'haha', what the heck;

i went to winnie's valentine's party last saturday, i was busy in the past weeks and didn't practice much, i sat down if i didn't know the dance steps very well, she came to me and showed the dirty look and kept shaking her head meant i don't know the dances;

i'd like to repeat again, most people have families; like me, i have to take care, entertain & feed my husband & 2 kids. not like you, you spend your time to remember the dance steps and think of how to illtreat others; you always remind people that you have a broken family, doesn't mean you can put your hate to others.

today in the class, we danced 'unchain my heart', she stuck out her 'long pointed tongue' and arrogant face to me while winnie wasn't around, aiya, BMF, how old are you ? you are mid 50's and also a grandma, how could you be so kiddish.

ADVICE TO YOU : dance is not only the steps/counts, also technique, beats, tempo, enjoy the music, emotions & feelings, you won't/can't dance pretty if you have so much anger inside; if you don't know how, come join my classes, i'll teach you how to HAPPY DANCING =D

SIGH, let me tell you, she couldn't hurt me anymore, but irritating, so annoying, like a big fly flying around you, you can't stop her even using the bug killer spray.......

SIGH, about time to go to sleep, i need a sweet dream.......
will be away for 10 days, the first regular class will be resumed on March 3, email me if you want to connect me, i'll check my emails from time to time.

YOUTUBE IS KILLING ME !!!!!

I've recorded 5 videos in this month, none of them can be uploaded in HD (high definition) or HQ (high quality); have been trying and trying for almost 10 days, no luck ......

i finally gave up and posted out my revised dance -
'Break The Ice Too', intermediate/advance level line dance, i like the song, + i'm a brit's fan.

my new dance - Private Dancer, has been done for 10 days, couldn't post out based on the above reason; beginner level line dance, be honest, not that special but my girl, Stephanie, picked the song for me, she likes it SO i made it for her. i tried in my class, easy for beginners to pick up, some even dance out the relaxed and sexy ways,
i think 'hummmm, not bad tho'....

a demo of a new waltz, SIGH, same above reason; also, slow dance is harder than fast dance in demo, have to exaggerate the steps OR dance like walking......

hi there, thanks for visiting my blog, it's a bit quiet since christmas.

i've taped 2 dances today, one 'La Quiero' by Christa Klaasenbos, uploaded in youtube; the other one, new dance by 'regina cheung', haha, yes, that's me, haven't edit yet, will upload in youtube very soon; the other one which i was working, a bit complicated, all steps are done, too busy to put them up, need some more time to do it.

my ever first DVD is done, my students get to practice the dances at home, then we get more time to learn new dances, thank you to my students' support; I will hold on to my dream and devotion to dancing, however sandy and stony be the path.
same words, will make 'those who love me love me more and those who hate me hate me more '

WINTER BLUE ???

having blue mood since new year, feel so low ..... stress & pressure, not from anybody, but myself; once a doctor told me some people have the same symptoms due to the winter weather, he recommended me to buy a kind of table 'blue light' which will cheer the low mood a bit,
huumm, i may need one .....

i don't even have energy to play with the 2 'sie jie's,
i see them through - translucent,
or i've generated a bit more power (EQ) .....

hope my energy will come back soon, and 'passion' too,
of course, i still like dancing, 200% sure but so lazy,
want to be alone (by myself) wish i could stay in a cave .....
(ha, then i can work on my new dances).....
oh well, keep dreaming

So much in my mind .....

oh my, once the kids back to school and everything back to normal, there are so much in my mind - winnie's birthday party will be held next week, have to get some time to study the party list; kids have chinese class in the morning, abacus in the afternoon, and church program at night, have to feed them in between; prepare something for In Beauty & my line dance classes; learnt almost 10 dances this week, SIGH, don't even remember what i learnt....; my new dance - this one is a bit complicated, A, B, Tag, dadadada....steps have been in my mind for a week and still can't get time to sort them......wish i can have an extra 24 hours to finish the above.....well well
most people complain too less time, i'm one of them,
